Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: All payments towards booking, allotment and purchase of any unit shall be made as per the payment plan specified in the Agreement for Sale / Allotment Letter. Payments must be made only through the official bank accounts of the developer (Noble Dream Projects Pvt. Ltd.) by cheque, DD or bank transfer in favour of the developer; the company is not responsible for payments made to any unauthorised account or individual.

Role of QUALITY REAL ESTATE: QUALITY REAL ESTATE, as authorised channel partner, assists buyers with documentation and the payment process but does NOT accept any booking amount, instalment or cash payment in its own name. Please do not make any payment to QUALITY REAL ESTATE or its representatives personally.

As mandated by Punjab RERA, at least 70% of the amounts realised from allottees are deposited in a separate escrow account to be used only for the respective project.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Any request for cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds, deductions (such as booking/earnest money, applicable taxes and administrative charges) and timelines shall be governed strictly by the terms of the executed Agreement for Sale and applicable RERA provisions. Cancellation requests may be submitted directly to the developer or through QUALITY REAL ESTATE, who will forward them to the developer for processing.

Taxes, stamp duty, registration charges and statutory levies are payable by the buyer as applicable.
